Lisa Cottrell-Bentley has been writing since she was a child, winning her first writing contest at age 9. She’s been writing professionally since 2002. Lisa is an active member of RWA, SCBWI, and SSA.

Lisa spent years trying to get her books published and was unhappy with the results. She researched all her options for getting her books out there and and eventually decided to start her own independent publishing company, Do Life Right Inc.

Do Life Right Inc. has already started publishing the Wright on Time book series and is accepting submissions for more titles.  Based on her experiences, she wrote Rich Author, Poor Writer to help authors start succeeding in their own writing careers.

Lisa lives and learns while writing in southern Arizona with her husband Greg, two happy always homeschooled daughters Zoë and Teagan, and five cats. Her desire is for all people to live their own personal dreams, now and for always.

• Wright on Time: Utah, Book 2 published in November 2009
• Wright on Time: Wyoming, Book 3 published in August 2010
• Rich Author Poor Writer (a non-fiction book about publishing options and dreams) to be published in October 2010
• Wright on Time: South Dakota, Book 4 to be published in Winter 2010
• Wright on Time: Minnesota, Book 5 to be published in Spring 2011
